#85 - Veteran's Memorial Cache
4-10-09 We drove south of Rock Valley to the Veteran's Memorial. We found this cache under the flag pole in a magnetic container. We signed the log and went back into town.
We started geocaching when we went to visit our grandparents in Mission, Texas over Christmas Vacation. We were introduced to this family sport by our newly 'adopted' Uncle Mark and Aunt Marilyn! After the first morning of looking for cache...we were hooked! We had to pool our money and purchase a GPS so we could continue finding treasures when we got back home. Thanks to them...we now have another family activity to do together! :)
